Refund Policy

Digital products — no refunds
Floyd's Love sells digital products: the Prepared Owner Certification, the Membership, and the Personalized Breed-Match & New-Owner Assessment. Because these are digital goods that are delivered and made available to you immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or delivered.
Certification
Once you complete the course and your certificate is issued, the certification fee is non-refundable. You retain lifetime access to the certificate and the downloadable kit.
Membership
Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Personalized assessment
The assessment is a custom, written deliverable produced from your responses. Once your written plan has been delivered to your account, the fee is non-refundable. If you request a refund before your plan has been written and delivered, contact us and we'll review it.
Our commitment to you
We want you to find real value in the program. If something went wrong with a purchase — a duplicate charge, a delivery failure, or a clear error on our end — contact us through the app and we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of the work and will address genuine problems fairly.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved directly and faster than through your bank.
